Tell me how you two met!

We met playing on a pub trivia team together. Shortly thereafter, we moved in as roommates. After several months of platonic tickle fights and a full rewatch of the L Word, we got together and the rest is history!

What makes your relationship unique? What do you love about each other?

We love to make delicious food together and spend a lot of time poring over our cookbooks and choosing our meals each week. It's always an adventure! It feels special to make such mundane, everyday parts of life into a tradition that we look forward to every Sunday. We both love that we can count on the other one to be supportive and that we can grow together.

What are you both looking forward to celebrating most on your wedding day?

Honestly, we're looking forward to being able to be together with our families and friends again. Celebrating with our loved ones always felt like an important reason to have a wedding and that significance has only increased with COVID.

What did you love about having your engagement session at Slide Ranch?

Slide Ranch is a beautiful setting and we love going there to just walk around, say hi to the sheep, and check out the tide pools. It also has a wide range of backdrops in a pretty small area and it was fun to have such variety when shooting with Kai.
